1986 Mirage 25 for sale (Vél'eau)

The Mirage 25 is a good looking boat that is a BIG 25 footer. The size of its interior and even its cockpit compares favorably with many 27 and 28 footers.

There's probably no other 25 footer on the market with such a wide open and bright main cabin. It has 5' 11" of standing headroom and sleeps 5 people. The fully enclosed head (toilet) is located on the port quarter, and provides real adult size room, a rare feature in a boat in this size range.

Above deck, the Mirage 25 has a roomy cockpit with backrests that are contoured for greater comfort. It also has two large cockpit lockers, which provide ample storage space to keep the main cabin clutter free. The Mirage's side decks offer unobstructed access to the foredeck and built-in anchor locker.

This Mirage 25 (named "Vél'eau") is in particularly good shape for its age. It has been in storage for approximately 12 years, and it appears that the boat has only been used lightly in the past. The interior cushion covers are still in good condition and show well. Its bottom is finished with easy to maintain VC17 antifouling paint.

Use and handling of this boat is made easier with the headsail Harken roller furling system, an electric start outboard motor, a built in bilge bump, and a real ceramic head (toilet) with separate holding tank, mosquitoes screens for the hatches, etc (see below for a complete list).

This boat is in the water and ready go sailing.
